The CIP~Box is a special element within the system. In the case of potential for improvement every team member is able to create a new Stickie with a concrete proposal in the central CIP-Box. This concerns all organization and team areas.
The content of the CIP-Box is regularly discussed at the management meeting. All Stickies are further processed.
Single proposals can also be made again at the next team planning meeting.
